Really fast response, and very professional. The problem turned out to be an appliance, but the chap that came ensured everything was checked and tested to ensure all was well. Peter is so accommodating. He thought he was going to change a switch but it turned into a 2 hour search for a faulty wire. He went above and beyond and I can't recommend him enough. He explained every step what he was doing and took pictures to help me understand. Peter is a craftsman.
