Michael was very responsive and came the following morning to unblock the kitchen sink as the flow was blocked and slow. He vacuumed excess dirt and water out but blockage was further along the pipes so he persevered and externally checked the length of the pipes to the mains waste. He cross checked the bathroom and could hear the pump drawing water from that side until it was all clear. He was professional, polite and explained the situation clearly. I really recommend Michael - was a really stressful time but knowing he was going to sort it made it a lot easier. He ensured he got to the bottom of the problem& genuinely cared. I was informed by my tenant that the kitchen tap stopped working on a Saturday evening. I contacted Valentino on WhatsApp and he replied almost immediately. He visited the property on the Monday morning and the job was done. The tenant is very happy, and so am I. I highly recommend Valentino and his company.
