Michael was very responsive and came the following morning to unblock the kitchen sink as the flow was blocked and slow. He vacuumed excess dirt and water out but blockage was further along the pipes so he persevered and externally checked the length of the pipes to the mains waste. He cross checked the bathroom and could hear the pump drawing water from that side until it was all clear. He was professional, polite and explained the situation clearly.
