    This company have never let me down on my rental properties. They always turn up when they say they will. My emergencies have been dealt with as soon as they can. This is why I pay them so promptly after the invoice is sent. I like to keep my essential tradespeople happy for the next time.

    Highly Recommend M&S Electrical! Matt and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. If you are unsure about the best solution for your electrical needs, they are great at discussing ideas and offering expert guidance. Living in a maisonette presented some challenges for running wiring, but Matt's expertise helped us explore various options, such as routing an earthing cable to the garden and installing a new armoured power supply through the loft. We house a manned office 5 days a week from 8am - 6pm in order to be responsive to your needs and help guide you through the process.
