I wanted to replace like for like carpet. Also wanted to use a local company as opposed to larger impersonal outlets. I was not disappointed. From my first call to completion was great, helpful, good advice, found exact carpet. Couldn't be happier thanks to Tracey & Co.

Tracey was so helpful in store when we first went in. She gave me some samples to take home, I had described my house and she suggested a colour to suit. Right enough when we got the samples home she nailed the colour and hadn't even seen the house - that's a woman that knows what she is doing! We had to move our fitting date due to builders being delayed which was accommodated for us, with no problem. Fitting was great and even my fussy husband was happy with it! Overall a fabulous experience. Will be back next year when we have more of the house to do! Thank you

Good advice and help in the showroom. Clear explanation of process and costing. Polite, friendly measuring man. Flexible re-booking as I had to delay fitting due to a water leak. Friendly, hard working fitter, no mess to clear up. Flooring finishes off the new shower room beautifully.
