I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were extremely efficient, professional & courteous throughout my dealings with them. I needed a replacement boiler urgently. Within 24 hours of contacting M & R Plumbing, I received a quotation & 48 hours later they commencing removing my old boiler and replacing it with a new one. The installation team were fabulous & left everywhere clean & tidy. They even stayed until after 7 p.m. checking that all radiators had been backwashed & were fully operational with no airblocks. Booking made quickly and efficiently. Kept in touch by text and e mail . Engineer was quick, efficient and friendly. Showed me completed job and parts replaced. Everything clean and tidy. Excellent work carried out. Our kitchen tap was replaced within an hour and I'm so pleased with it, works a treat. We were first given a time slot and then notified when they were on their way.
