  Ryan offered a decent price for a repointing, repair and repainting job. Repointing has been done well and sill and brickwork repairs blend in well. Repainting from black to white needed several coats but now looks good.

  Replacing concrete outside space

  Thank you Ryan and team for your work renovating our tired outside spaces. I would highly recommend M&R Building and Construction for any job they cover. The job: remove old broken concrete from front and back gardens, reconcrete the front and replace with gravel at the rear. Why they're 10/10: Ryan gave excellent guidance when quoting, was clear and upfront. The team that did the work were clean, courteous and friendly. When there was a slight delay getting materials due to an issue at the supplier, we were kept informed. We have more jobs ahead and will contract M&R again for it.

  Concrete base

  Ryan and his team were able to squeeze me in on very short notice and cut out my patio and put in a 2.5 Mt sq concrete base for my green house to sit on. Ryan and his team were very reliable, confident in what they do and able to offer a great price. Will definitely use him again and would recommend him to everyone.

  I had my front wall of the terraced house repointed and the arch over the bay window rebuilt.

  The owner of the company gets his hands dirty as well and is training up apprentices. Besides doing their work very carefully and to a very high standard, they are reliable and very friendly. Ryan gives solutions a thought to find out how best to proceed - as, for example, with my arch which was sacking badly after 120 years. They have their own scaffolding, so it goes up when you need it and comes down once they are finished. Reasonably priced for the high standard of their work. I think my repointing looks the best in the terrace! I would have Ryan and his team back any time!
