Josh messaged ahead to say he was on route, arrived on time and applied some pragmatism in getting the task completed. Whilst we didn't quite achieve the intended fix, due to access being particularly awkward, Josh did get a good repair in place which should last some years yet. Josh was good at applying logic and common sense so the job didn't 'grow' into multiple hours of work that neither of us had planned for. In the end the job cost less than was forecast, so I'll not hesitate to call Josh next time I need some plumbing work.Verified reviewerJob location: NN1010 Shower refit

Tyler did a fantastic and efficient job in removing our old shower, replacing with new and fitting shower wall boards. From the initial quote right through to the end of the work the communication and customer service was great. Tyler was professional and friendly, he left the area extremely clean and tidy each day and the finished shower area looks brilliant.
