Absolutely brilliant service from M&M domestics. From the communication from Matt on the phone to Mike during the repairs, they were great. Repairs and service done efficiently and arrival to job was communicated thoroughly. Clearly care to provide clients with excellent service, even checked in the next day that all working well. 100% recommend.

Excellent service from the moment we contacted them to discuss the issues with our cooker. They constantly kept us updated with appointment dates and times. When carry out the work they were extremely polite and explained exactly what they had found, what they needed to do and checked i was happy with their findings. They kept my kitchen very clean and tidy while they were working and when they left. They kept me constantly updated when thet were waiting for parts and were quick to come and fit them when the parts arrived. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, my built in oven had blown the element. Contacted M and M, late on Thursday, all fixed within 24 hours. Great communication from Matt and Mike. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent communication - was contacted within minutes of posting a job to investigate a problem with my range cooker. A good understanding of what was needed, they came to deal with the problem, provided a reasonable quote. Particularly liked how the price allowed for two visits - the first to investigate, the second to come and fit replacement parts as needed. Very happy to recommend.

I was very impressed by the service by Matt and Mike. They were very prompt, helpful and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

They responded promptly and were able to send an engineer the next day. The communication was very clear and helpful, by phone and WhatsApp as well as via the checkatrade website. As well as completing the washing machine repair, the engineer checked and serviced it, hopefully reducing the number of repairs it needs in future. Highly recommended.
