Mike responded promptly and repaired the washing machine within an hour. I sent him photos beforehand so he could assess the issue, and he arrived fully prepared to fix the machine. He also inspected the water hose, identified a potential future problem, and repaired that as well. Very helpful and professional!

This company is fantastic- we use time after time and are always pleased. It is value for money, professional and efficient. We have a call out each year because he is very thorough, our machine is very old - I love it! This time he also picked up a fault on our plug which was going to be a fire hazard, for very little extra he changed the plugs on the wall and they’re working now - the old ones were melted behind.. Thank goodness he checked this too or we may have had a fire… so safety is also a priority with M&M. He goes above and beyond and is knowledgeable too! Thank you so much!

Excellent service from Mike. He investigated a pool of water by our integrated fridge freezer and realized the issue was actually a leak from the bathroom above. He went above and beyond by ensuring our electrics were safe from the leak and moved the appliance to another room. ​He even thought to switch the side the doors opened to make it easier to access in its temporary place, and he even noticed and corrected an issue with our dishwasher installation while he was at it! Mike clearly takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. 10/10 service—I would 100% recommend him

Mike came out within 24hrs of call to diagnose problem, found heating element had gone ,part gad to be ordered but job still completed in couple days ,was kept informed and booked job back in .also other small issue found which Mike also rectified. would recommend 100%

Very happy with the excellent service Mike provided today. He communicated quickly and clearly, giving us an accurate arrival time. He worked competently explaining the issues etc as he went along and giving advice on how to look after our dishwasher. Parts replaced on the spot. We would highly recommend Mike! Thank you.

We moved into our new property to find black mould in the integrated washing machine. After speaking to Mike and sending photos of the problem he quickly diagnosed what needed to be done, ordered the replacement parts needed and came to carry out the repair within a couple of days. He also rehung the wonky door on the machine so it looks better than it did before!
