Brilliant complete bedroom refurb which included the build and installation of an en-suite shower room and replacement of built in wardrobes. This is the third time James has transformed my house, having previously refurbed the downstairs cloakroom and family bathroom and installed a new kitchen. His workmanship is of the highest quality and nothing is too much trouble. I have been absolutely delighted with the results and would definitely recommend!!

James and Heck stripped out and installed our main bathroom and two en-suites to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail is excellent, and the tiling in particular is superb — perfectly aligned with a flawless finish. They were polite, professional, and reliable with great time-keeping and a strong work ethic. Customer satisfaction was clearly a priority, and they took real pride in their work from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend James and and his son Heck. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

After deciding to fully modernise our bathroom we decided to use James and we are so glad we did. Wow what a tradesman the attention to detail and the personal touch we are absolutely thrilled. First class service from start to finish. James really listened to what we needed and then provided excellent solutions that were best for the work required. Punctual, cleaned up thoroughly and really did an excellent job. Could not recommend him more highly. Outstanding service. His recommended electrician Anthony was also superb.

I have no hesitation in recommending James, his work and excellent and he was so flexible and generous with his time. We had a cracked shower tray and didn’t realise the company we bought tiles from had also gone into administration. James juggled his schedule to help us, and meticulously took out the tray and saved all the tiles around the area. He was so tidy and careful. Thank you so much. We are delighted with the new shower tray!
