The work carried out by M&J was over an above what we expected. They did a superb job and kept us well informed of progress they made. The scope of work turned our to be a little more than expected but that wasn't a problem for them and was finished to our complete satisfaction. The whole job was well priced. Mike came out promptly to visit our home and assess our damp issue. He was friendly, polite and very helpful when it came to explaining what our problem was. He was clear with what they would do and what was needed. Shortly after his visit he sent over a quote which was very competative. We booked a date the following week for the work to be carried out where he and his son John came right on time to undertake our repairs. The work was a lot less intrusive than we expected, it was carried out quickly and cleanly. All mess was cleaned up upon completion. Lovely people. Highly recommended!

Mike and John were punctual and reliable. They arrived on time and I believe their work has been done to a good standard. I received a 20 year warranty certificate for the work completed via email. However I have asked if their are any terms and conditions attached to the warranty but they have at present not responded. I am waiting for them to reply.

Mike arrived on time and quickly started to survey the exterior and interior of the house. He explained what he and his son would do and the materials they would use. His price was very competitive and for this reason we have offered him the job. He is prepared to wait whilst we have pipes removed and electrics updated so that plastering work they complete will not be ruined by other work requiring ingress into plaster.

From start to finish process it took two weeks which was a surprise. They responded quickly to email enquiries and when they did the damp proofing they were nice to work with and did a great job. Would highly recommend.
