Excellent customer service from Mark who has years of experience in this field. His advice was so helpful & was never pushy to sell or pester you. Gave very good price for huge tree cut its disposal. Importantly they were fully insured, very friendly, trained & skilled team who turned up exactly when they said they would. Great time keeping and done a fantastic job. They had trained professionals and right tools to do a fast and efficient job and left the place clean and tidy as they found it. Very pleased with them. Would highly recommend.

Very easy & responsive to deal with: phoned to arrange a visit to quote and came the next day on the time agreed-not a window of X hours but exactly the time agreed. Quote came the same day in the evening and by 9am the following day had an agreed date to carry out the work. Came at the time on the agreed date, very efficient and professional in carrying out the work and all very tidy. Gave some good general tree advice as well. This is a family operation, and really cared, very rare in my experience. Very pleased.

M and J Tree Specialists reduced a very large black walnut tree in our garden which has an TPO and also pruned our pleached hornbeams. They handled everything for us including applying for permission to reduce the tree which was very helpful. Mark was very knowledgeable about how to navigate the process. We had three trees, two dead, in a tricky position. Mark, George and the team did a great job of removing them with a minimum of disruption. They then did a fantastic job of grinding the large stump, leaving the area clean and tidy. All this for a good price!
