  New patio doors and Fireplace conversion

  We cannot praise Mark enough, he always kept us up to date on the work, turned up when he said he would. Mark was easy to deal with and cleaned up after himself. We absolutely love the work done. Would highly recommend Mark and will be calling on him again for future work.

  Dining room wall

  Mark from M&D responded to a request on Checkatrade for some plasterboarding and to fit a glass pane above the door in our dining room. Mark swiftly arranged to attend to provide a quote, and it was clear to me that he is very organised and knowledgable with his work as we discussed options. When arranging the date Mark got back to me quickly via email. He treated our home with respect, was very neat and tidy and finished the work sooner than expected. We were very pleased with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to use M&D again for any future work.

  Bathroom leak, bathroom fittings

  We recently bought a house and had an emergency with a leak from the shower. Mark from M&D Perrins Property Services was incredibly prompt in replying and coming over to see the damage. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and did a wonderful job fixing the leak. Mark also helped cover another corner of the bathtub to prevent further leaks and installed a new shower. He was very patient at explaining what the issue was and how to solve it, and we were very pleased with the outcome and the price. Highly recommend M&D Perrins Property Services for their excellent and prompt service.

  New bathroom floor (and new vinyl on top)

  Absolutely superb. Mark is thorough, precise, and clearly prides himself on doing an excellent job. He doesn't simply do the minimum required, but instead picks up on countless little details and smart ways to approach things, but also won't take on unneccesary extras; the attention to detail is excellent. On top of that, Mark and Debbie are both genuinely lovely people - it was a pleasure having them around; not at all intrusive, very good company, and so respectful of my home. They leave everything spotless even though it was inherently a very messy job. Absolutely nothing to improve on.

  Media wall installation in living room.

  Mark responded to my check a trade. Met me at my house. Very polite. Listened to what I was after. Showed Mark a picture of what I was after and a couple minor differences. Mark explained how he could do it. Gave some options of ways to do it. Mark was quick to give a quote. Mark arrived on time worked throughout the day. Kept me in the loop of how things were going. Very professional work carried out. Even bits that are hidden behind tv is perfectly spaced. Wires cable tied so not all dangling. No out of sight out of mind. Made sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend M&D
