  I had a leak under my sink which flooded my kitchen and struggled to find someone to come out at short notice. Michael said he could come the following day after 4pm. Despite what seemed to have been a really tough day with delays, he still showed up with his apprentice at 9pm to fix the leak (after calling first if this was okay of course). Luckily it was only a quick fix but he still took the time to explain what caused it and what the fix was. Probably the best value I've ever seen as well.

  Leaky toilet

  Had a leaky toilet overnight, called Mike approx 9am and he came out, and fixed the problem by just after noon, have used before, will use again, thanks....

  Prompt efficient service.

  Had M & C out to fix leaking stop tap. Excellent work and we’re on time and cleaned up after. Would highly recommended in an emergency as came out within couple of hours. Would definitely hire again.

  Just needed a gas cooker disconnecting. Michael identified a problem with how the gas pipes had previously been organised and put that right also. Great communication throughout.

  Boiler service and replacement of water filling valve.

  Mike and Jack were great they came the first day to carry out the boiler service and replace the water filling valve, they found that the other side of the water filling valve needed to be replaced and confirmed that they could not get the part until Monday (this was on Friday), but Mike contacted me later on Friday and said they could get the right part for Saturday morning. They both returned Saturday morning and the boiler was in perfect working order and fully serviced by the Saturday morning. Thank you Mike and Jack for being so efficient in getting this resolved.

  Quick, efficient, friendly and good communication

  I was struggling to find someone local to fix my dripping tap, which after several weeks was getting worse. Ive never used check a trade before but I thought it would be best to say what my job was and hopefully not waste any more time ringing around or being let down and have someone call me that wanted the job. Mike from M&C plumbing and heating called within the hour, quoted me over the phone and arrived 48 hours later, communication was great, he arrived on time as stated and himself and apprentice Jack fitted a new tap quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend 👍🏼
