They visited at the same time and day as specified, good communication, very knowledgeable, patient and attentive - went the extra mile to discover the cause of the issue and tidied up thoroughly after the job. We had a great experience with our plumber Mike today! He came to replace a seized stop tap and fit a new kitchen tap with a pull-out hose, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Communication was clear from the start. He let us know exactly when he'd arrive and turned up right on time. The work was completed efficiently, the area was left spotless, and he kindly took the old pipes and taps away with him too.
