Can’t recommend this company enough, Mark turned up when he said - in its self is a refreshing change from previous experience. Came back the next day, turned up on time, explained what they were doing, did a fantastic & neat job and took away the removed materials. Would definitely use again if needed. Mark responded quickly to my request for a quote to repair our roof, coming that day to assess, and offered an extremely competitive quote. Identified all the issues, advised thoroughly, didn’t upsell, was honest and upfront, and put me at ease. Mark and his team offered to start the work that day due to upcoming bad weather, and stayed late to finish the job after finding that more was needed than initially thought. Team were polite, friendly, and very tidy. Repair looks great and we will definitely contact Mark again when the roof needs replacing.

Mark was brilliant, I contacted Mark on Saturday as the recent storm had blown off a ridge tile. Mark visited on Sunday and was able to replace the tile on Wednesday. I fully recommend Mark and his team, despite the bad weather, they still got the work done. Thank you

Mark and his colleagues were conscientious and reliable, showing us photos of the condition of the roof before and after repairs. Due to weather conditions they couldn't start the work on the first day. However, they offered to came in on the Saturday to make up for the lost day to complete the work in the agreed timescale.
