Have used M&B before, so the choice was simple. Andy and Paula turned up on time and after a brief intro, went straight to work. We have used M &B a few times now and have not regretted our decision to use them. The communication is always great and they are extremely friendly group. They get straight on with the job which is not easy as it's used by children aged 2 to 5, despite this they always do their very best to clean it as best as they can and we are never disappointed. Had my bedroom, landing and stairs cleaned today. Great team, arrived on time agreed, very friendly, efficient and professional. Carpets looks like new and smell incredible. Used M&B Carpet Care for the first time today and I’m really impressed with how great my carpets look after their visit and how efficient and professional they were.
