  Loft boarding, loft hatch and clearing loft for house sale

  Man about the Loft assisted us in clearing our loft, providing new loft floor boarding and installing a loft hatch ‘touch latch’ to simplify future access. We valued his prompt attention, freindly / professional advice, quality of work and care taken in removing loft debris without disturbing the interior of the house.   Supply & install a new UPVC loft hatch & telescopic loft ladder

  Simon initially came round to survey the loft & ascertain my requirements. He came back with an acceptable quote & once agreed he installed 10 days later. Unfortunately it was difficult for me to access the loft where the ladder was initially placed so he came back to reposition the ladder. Simon is very pleasant & amenably & recommended.

  Loft hatch widen and ladder repositioned.

  Mostly positive however some gaps on the architrave and the rubbish wasn't taken away but left in the loft and placed in recycling bin which filled up a large amount of the bin.

  Loft boarding, relocation of hatch with aluminum ladder

  Great company, Simon came round and quoted us on the work very quickly and quoted on lots of different options. We chose what we wanted which was loft boarding, shelving and relocation of the loft hatch with inbuilt ladder. Simon and his colleague turned up on timenand did a great job, everything was done in a day and no mess was left. We are very pleased with the finish and happy to have some more space and a better location for our loft opening which will increase room in the previous space it was. The price was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend for any loft work!

  Loft Ladder and hatch installation

  I found Simon customer focused and reliable. Simon arrived at the agreed time for the survey / quote, and installation. Simon was polite and helpful. He answered my questions in a professional manner. The loft ladder and hatch were installed very promptly and he hoovered up after installation (his vacuum cleaner). Simon went through how to store and extend the ladder. I am very satisfied with both products and installation I would recommend!
