The technicians inspected the property for access points and confirmed rat access via drainage system. Installed one way valve in drain via inspection hatch and left rodenticide in area affected. Second visit confirmed no further rat access. Area affected was cleared out. Technicians were pleasant and helpful, explaining problem and required action very clearly. Documentation (digital) was clear and concise and useful for my records. I would certainly use this service again and recommend to others.

After living with constant running around and gnawing sounds coming from my attic it was time to get the big guns out, enter Charles who was brilliant and knew which critters were terrorising us, laid traps and hey presto caught the not so small squirrel family who are no longer living rent free in my attic. Jokes aside I was really happy with Charles he knew his stuff and sorted the problem for me and secured the entrance to which they got in. Money very well spent as they had done some damage to the wood with their gnawing. Efficient, knowledgeable and very reliable. Thank you Charles x

When I called Malum to ask about the type of treatment they undertook I was given very clear answers to all my questions. I was then asked about what evidence I had found which made me think it was a bed bug infestation. I was told that what I described did not sound like bed bugs at all. I was told exactly what I should be looking for as evidence. I was put under no pressure either to have treatment or a survey, but I decided that for peace of mind I WOULD pay for a survey. This was arranged for the same day and I was present while it was done and shown what they found. NOT bed bugs. V glad.

Charles from Malum was very professional, prompt with timing and friendly and made the whole process today dealing with a mouse infestation stress free. He helped put our minds at ease and dealt with our issue swiftly and quickly. His communication was excellent and he was very personable and old and assets to his company. Excellent service from Malum. They were clear about what was needed and why, gave us options and there was excellent communication. Rats had made their way into our attic but Malum sorted this with minimal intrusion across 3 visits and secured the entry so we’ve had no further problems. Excellent, highly recommend them. Thank you.
