  Friendly, quality and totally trustworthy builders

  Steve and Perry did the extension on our old house over 10 years ago and we had no hesitation using them again when renovating our new home, adding a porch and rear gabled extension. Honest, hard working and pleasure to have around at all times. Build done to budget and ahead of time. Happy to give advice and if any issues or changes to be made at all (our fault), they get onto it immediately. They accommodated us living in the house whilst taking on a large front and rear extension, even though it made things trickier for them. We can't recommend them highly enough.

  Outbuilding Project - Wall Removal and Decorate

  Steve and Perry did a fantastic job transforming our outbuilding and store into a spacious gym. They skillfully removed a supporting wall, plastered, and installed beautiful decorative paneling and mirrors throughout. Their craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism were top-notch - plus, they are really nice people. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

  Brand new loft conversion structural build

  We hired Malthouse Construction for our loft conversion, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and a pleasure to have in our home. The team arrived on time every day and kept to the schedule agreed, pricing was also reasonable for the work carried out. Steve and the team were not only skilled but also friendly and respectful of our home. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and we are thrilled with the new space.   Driveway

  Steve, Perry, and Craig are some of the nicest people to have working on your home you could ask for. They’ve now completed a garage conversion, patio, and most recently our driveway - they always do outstanding work. They’re very reasonably priced based on the quality and service you get, transparent on the costs of materials, and work really hard to make sure you know what’s going on. We were recommended Steve and the team by multiple people on our road, and will always recommend them to others, they’re just that good!

  Rear and side extension

  We cannot recommend Malthouse Construction highly enough. Steve, Perry and Craig worked to a very high standard. They were punctual, tidy, polite and kept to budget. Nothing was too much trouble.
