  Arrived on time fixed the problem and left me with as new Dyson. Very happy with the outcome. Will use again if necessary.

  The fridge made a very bad smell due to power cut off while it contained meat, chicken and others

  The gentleman started cleaning the fridge and freezer with a towel and some soap and oil mix. Then said he finished! I asked him several times, would this remove the smell, and he asserted several times that the smell is gone for good. After keeping the fridge turned off and open for 8 hours, I turned it on to find obvious traces of smell still exist. When I contacted him again, he said it needs time (not what he said earlier!). He then said there is no other solution, and I should buy another one! He did not even attempt to find the source, just simple cleaning that I could have done myself!
