Maks completed a complicated and difficult job on my garage doors as well as several smaller internal jobs. The work was of a very high standard and everything was cleared up before he left. I booked this tradesperson via Checkatrade to remount a TV that had been installed slightly crooked. I sent a photograph beforehand and explained the issue. I was quoted £50 for the job. Two people attended and the work took approximately 20 minutes. I paid the agreed £50 in cash on completion. After payment, I was then asked for an additional £10 for rawl plugs. This additional charge had not been mentioned before the work started. Rawl plugs are a basic fixing that normally forms part of the quoted price for this type of job. I refused to pay the extra,
