We arranged to meet on Tuesday (tonight) and he told me he didn’t have his van so I had to collect and return him (Ringwood to Verwood and back). When I arrived at the location he requested for collection he told me we had actually arranged to meet on Wednesday which prompted me to send him our conversations with TUESDAY circled. With respect organisation is my middle name! He made no apologies for his error whatsoever which cost me time, petrol, car use, energy and effort which quite frankly I didn’t have at 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening. And now I still have a job outstanding. Nice one!!

Maksym was great. He did everything needed and priced competitively.

Maksym was professional and arrived on time. But my tenant did not like to have a letterbox.

Maksym is a polite, efficient and fast worker. Who even when the job proved more difficult, quietly and diligently kept at it until a solution was found. I can only apologise again for my technological incompetence, and thank you for your understanding.

MAKSYM WAS COMPETENT, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY - ARRIVED AT AROUND 8PM AS HE HAD ALREADY COMPLETED A FULL DAYS WORK BUT EXTENDED IT IN ORDER TO HELP ME OUT. COMPLETED THE WORKS EVEN THOUGH A PROBLEM AROSE, BY UPDATING THE FITTING WHICH WAS REQUIRED. THS WAS ALL COMPLETED COMPETENTLY AND AT THE AGREED PRICE. I HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING YHIS TRADER AND WILL BE KEEPING HIS CONTACT DETAILS FOR ANY FURTHER SIMILAR WORKS I MAY HAVE IN THE FUTURE.
