Great experience with this company they arrived when they said they would. The cost was relatively less in comparison to other services and they were good with communication. I needed a survey because my buyers bank were refusing their mortgage because of cracks which they presumed was subsidence (it was resettlement cracks from adding UPVC windows and lintel). When the report was issued and said otherwise they then wanted the report readdressed to the buyer. This company was happy to support and make amendments suggested. I cannot thank them enough for their support.

WARNING - this company booked and required pre-payment for a Damp Survey it could not undertake and will not give a refund. Damp survey booked and I was given an assurance that a Chartered Surveyor would undertake the work. On that basis, I paid in advance. Then, just before the survey was due to take place, I was told that the company was unable to provide a Chartered Surveyor. I cancelled the booking and was assured I would receive a full refund. I have been chasing MAKs for 2 months and, despite repeated statements that the money would be repaid, it has not happened.
