WARNING - this company booked and required pre-payment for a Damp Survey it could not undertake and will not give a refund. Damp survey booked and I was given an assurance that a Chartered Surveyor would undertake the work. On that basis, I paid in advance. Then, just before the survey was due to take place, I was told that the company was unable to provide a Chartered Surveyor. I cancelled the booking and was assured I would receive a full refund. I have been chasing MAKs for 2 months and, despite repeated statements that the money would be repaid, it has not happened.
