  Lock Replacement.

  Mak responded very quickly to my call despite it being late on a Friday. He kept me up to date with progress and with each step on the job. He had to adjust some fittings to get a perfect fit and made sure that all was working perfectly before he left. Would definitely recommend him to other customers.

  Window lock mechanism broke and unable to open window.

  From first contact with Mak the service was 1st class. Great communication, gave me an ETA, let me know he was on his way and when he had arrived, exactly on time. Knew what to do to rectify the problem, kept me informed all the way through the job and about the cost. Polite, respectful person. Cleaned up after himself with the help of his son who was also polite and respectful. Highly recommended.

  Replaced broken door handle

  Mak reached out very promptly. Within an hour he arrived and replaced our broken door handle. He also provided us with 12month guarantee on parts and fitting. Would 100% recommend!

  Replacing back door lock

  I raised the job request on Friday afternoon. Mak responded promptly and confirmed he could do the job that evening. He explained what he was doing at each stage including what was wrong with the existing lock. The work was done to a very high standard. Mak was very professional and personable. Would recommend for any lock work that needs to be done.
