Avni redecorated the outside of our house in Fulham. This involved the removal of pronounced ivy traces on the wall, repainting the facade and making good and repainting the windows and window cills, both at the front and the back of the house. He also arranged the hire of scaffolding. His work is excellent and he goes out of his way to ensure the fullest added value and to make the client feel special. He deserves the strongest recommendation. I will be using his services again without hesitation.

I was initially looking to have brick cladding removed from a chimney breast wall before decorating my living room to my requirements. Unknown to me Avni was very versatile and ended up doing the replastering of my wall, building alcove units in the two alcoves and decorating the entire room. He works to a high standard and uses quality products to ensure the best results. Avni proved to be very reliable and did what he said he would do. He protected my home well and worked around me having a baby in the house and other family members. He's courteous and respectful. Recommend, no hesitation.

In April 2026, I started a major kitchen remodel: new floors, new appliances, units, worktops, everything. MAK Builders (Avni) did everything apart from worktop fitting. This included tiling, electrical and unit adjustments. The Kitchen was extremely well done, and I am incredibly pleased. Avni is very helpful with ideas. Avni was great. Professional, with attention to detail, but very friendly. Was very happy with the work completed and especially how he would make sure to contain any dust as much as possible and clean up each day - really help as we have a baby in the house.
