10 EICR testing on rental flats

I used Majrstic to carry out 5 yearly safety testing and do the EICR certificates on two rental flats that I let out. I called Chris at Majestic to provide a quote. They were competitive and sounded professional to I asked them to do the work. Chris confirmed first thing in the morning before the appointed time. He arrived spot on time and carried out the work in a very pleasant and professional manner exactly as requested. He emailed later the same day with the completed certificates.
