We had to send Main Trade Services away before they finished the job to prevent them from doing more damage to our home. Apart from the demolishing, they have managed to mess up everything they have touched. We asked them to refurbish our 3 bedrooms, they damaged all of our brand new materials, doors, lining, architraves, radiators. Wasted our LVT flooring that had to be completely redone after, painted over wallpaper so now our walls are bubbly, their fake plumber messed up the whole heating system and left us for 2 days without any heating or hot water. Absolutely awful and unacceptable.

Michael came when he said and did a great job. He was happy to make adjustments when we asked him. The leak in the roof was tricky and he came back several times until it was sorted out. His team were friendly and helpful.

I made a journey from London to Oxford especially to meet their builder. Almost 2 months later, and after endless emails chasing up, I still have not received a quote for the work he suggested - of cutting into the rendering to examine the brickwork underneath. He said as a first course of action, I might wish to reseal the shower to rule out plumbing as a cause. After 2 weeks of chasing, I received a quote for resealing, but the quote I needed was for the course of action he described on site. Too much time and energy wasted with this company.
