10 Boiler repair and service

Dave recently serviced and fixed our boiler. Although the original appointment was booked for July, Claire managed to bring it forward, which was greatly appreciated. The service was efficient, professional, and everything was clearly explained. Very happy with the work done and will definitely use their service again. Dave of Maintek installed new gas central heating, outside tap and replacement shower last year. I took out Annual service cover and when the time came Claire of Maintek got in touch to arrange a mutually convenient appointment. Dave arrived on time on the appointed day. The work carried out last year was of the highest calibre, I’ve had no problems with the installation and Dave works in a methodical, tidy manner. Communication in advance of appointment from Claire is always fantastic. David always turn up when scheduled, work area kept tidy, always explains what needs doing, and reasonably priced. Clare and David make a fabulous team. Clare is courteous and responds very promptly to emails and David is punctual, tidy and quick working with a hilarious sense of humour!
