Company made contact with us so quickly after posting, arranged a next day visit, evaluated the job and carried it out straight away no hassle.

They were punctual and completed the work in a timely fashion. Minor blip when one of the replacement parts was faulty but they replaced that quickly too. Would recommend

I had a job to repair a leaky bathtap and replace a cistern flush valve. No issues with the latter. However, due to there being no valve to control the water underneath the bathtub and the water having to be switched off the mains, it took 3 hours (excluding the one hour spent looking for parts) to replace the cartridges, conduct trial and error testing on the performance of the new cartridges, see that the new cartridges were not solving the issue and restore the original cartridges. 2 days later, I know see that I have an even leaker tap with water dripping from the base of the taps now too.

The plumber was polite, quick, and got the job done without fuss. The price was fair, and I'm happy to have a new kitchen tap that’s sealed perfectly and works well.
