Very good - quick and easy to book - work completed to high level - would use again

I had a job to repair a leaky bathtap and replace a cistern flush valve. No issues with the latter. However, due to there being no valve to control the water underneath the bathtub and the water having to be switched off the mains, it took 3 hours (excluding the one hour spent looking for parts) to replace the cartridges, conduct trial and error testing on the performance of the new cartridges, see that the new cartridges were not solving the issue and restore the original cartridges. 2 days later, I know see that I have an even leaker tap with water dripping from the base of the taps now too.

The plumber was polite, quick, and got the job done without fuss. The price was fair, and I'm happy to have a new kitchen tap that’s sealed perfectly and works well.

They were easy to discuss the job with. They turned up at arranged time and sorted out the problem. They explained what the problem was and what they had done to correct the issue. Will use them again if I have a problem.

In an age where a so called expert leaves a customer disappointed as to the quality of work, it is refreshing to find a plumbing engineer, Pritpal, of Maintain London, being a reliable and professional expert of his trade. He came within 24 hours of me contacting him, in order to survey the work and to advise me as to the quality of items that would be required. He also confirmed the date of the work and came promptly. I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise and I would highly recommend him and the company.
