  We’d like to extend our thanks to Ian for the excellent work carried out at our property. We needed a plug socket relocated, and Ian and his team handled the task with great efficiency and clear communication throughout. We were very happy with the work they carried out.   From the outset, Ian was an absolute godsend to deal with. He is exceptionally bright and knowledgable, but that is underpinned with a calmness and genuine decency. We needed 3 days work doing, including replacing the fuse boxes/motherboards, replacing close to 60 spotlights (and adding a few extras), replacing fire alarms and extractor fans, wiring in sensor lights in bathrooms, and various other small things. Ian and his team were simply brilliant. The standard of work is first class, they bent over backwards to meet the deadline, and most importantly they were a joy to have in the house.
