Absolutely incredible work, from start to finish. Came promptly, was communicative, and did a really high standard of work. There was an issue with a leaking toilet post-work (due to age, not due to the work), and they sorted that too to complete the job. Amazing, honestly, and will endeavour to use Mainlink going forward.

Mainlink Maintenance transformed my bathroom, replacing a bath with a walk-in shower. Out of 10 companies, they were the most professional. Their craftsmanship is truly an art, and the attention to detail exceeded all expectations. What stood out most was their integrity; payment wasn't even discussed until I was 100% satisfied. Huge thanks to everyone, but especially to Zoe in admin—she is incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. For professionalism, value, and ethics, they are unbeatable. Even 10/10 feels stingy! I’ll definitely be using them again for future work. Highly recommended.

I recently contracted Mainlink to complete a full bathroom refurbishment, and I am delighted with the outcome. • The installer arrived promptly each day and showed great respect for the property, tidying up thoroughly and ensuring the work area was clear of any obstructions overnight. • The bathroom fitter, Ryan, was courteous and considerate throughout the project, especially towards my elderly mother. He kept her updated on progress during the refurbishment. • The workmanship was of a high standard and We are pleased with the result. I recommend this company for future work.
