I really appreciated Nick's professionalism. He and his apprentice (kudos for taking on an apprentice too) did a great job. It was a tricky fix that another tradesperson hadn't managed to fix after 3 attempts, and there was a limit to how good it could be due to factors on the neighbouring property that couldn't be resolved. He fully tested the fix he put in place and it works just as he described and doesn't overflow in heavy rain. Would definitely use again!
