The guttering of the my mother-in-law's bungalow was leaking water and required assessment and rectification. Damp was permeating the property and a surveyor's report indicated that rainwater was part of the cause. Dave Smith and his team investigated the problem and recommended that the entire guttering system, including downpipes needed to be replaced. This had to be done urgently including the insertion of eave support trays. The work was carried out to a very high standard which has contributed significantly to the appearance of the property and the amelioration of the damp problem.

David was very helpful and responded quickly to sort out our leaking roof. It hasn’t rained since, but we are confident that it should be fixed. As with any ‘emergency’ one feels slightly held to ransom when it comes to find a quick solution. I feel that was reflected in the price. Anyway, it was important to us to get a timely fix and David and his team delivered.

They replaced my old cement roof verges with Dry verges (plastic ones) and re-cemented all the ridge tiles on my 30 year old roof. They were punctual each day, cleaned up after them and and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Their work has survived 2 storms so far. Overall, I am more than happy with their work and will be happy to use them again.

I was really happy with the work that David and his younger assistant did - they converted our small front lawn into a gravel drive with a brickwork walkway. They also removed the turf and plants to a local recycling centre for no extra charge and left everything really clean and tidy. They were really professional, polite and easy to deal with - and the work was carried out to a good standard with a 5 year guarantee. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy local company.
