    Effective and efficient repaint

    Mahonia did a great job repainting a couple of rooms in my house. There were a few awkward jobs such as a flaky old bathroom ceiling, and they handled everything and it all looks good as new. The guys were super neat and tidy, friendly, and considerate of the baby in the house.

    From our very first call, Hamza was very professional. He came to give us a quote and managed our expectations very well. His quote was very reasonable and the finish has exceeded our expectations. They started as promised and finished as promised! They also cleaned after themseleves and very much respected our home. Little odd jobs came up whilst they were decorating and nothing was too much trouble, he just got on with it. This is something me & my husband very much admired. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable decorator, Mahonia decor is for you!

Who I Am

Hi, I’m Hamzeh, the founder of Mahonia Decor.


I’ve been working in the painting and decorating trade for over 15 years.


I usually work independently, but I also collaborate with a reliable network of tradespeople when needed for larger projects.


I hold a Level 2 Diploma in Painting and Decorating from Building College, a Specialist Certificate in Interior Design and Decoration from OBU, and I’m fully certified with CITB and a Professional CSCS card, ensuring safety, compliance, and industry-standard work.


What I enjoy most about my job is seeing the transformation in a home — using colour, creativity, and care to bring a space to life.

At Mahonia Decor, I offer high-quality painting and decorating services for residential properties, including:
