  brilliant company

  we had a new boiler and radiators fitted by Magna Blueflame. The whole process was absolutely fantastic. From quote to booking to completion. the work carried out ran over 2 days but was carried out with care (all flooring protected) and cleaned up after. The whole team including the office people were very communicative and friendly. Emails and texts kept us informed throughout the process. Gary and his 2 co-workers were friendly and polite . Great service and work from the company would whole heartedly recommend them and use them again.

  New Boiler Fitted by the experts .

  Great service and work from Gary Lewis and Jordan , 2 days only taking out old boiler , water tanks old pipe work etc , refitting new boiler and pipework etc , and they cleaned up after each operation , covered our new carpets and really respected our home . Well done Magna , i would use you again in a heartbeat .

  Couldn’t do better than use Magna Blueflame

  You couldn’t do better - they came, identified and offered a resolution to the plumbing problem that had flummoxed a previous plumber all in the space of 10 minutes. I was swiftly booked in and now sit happily with the issue fully resolved. This was the first time I had used this company but I would not hesitate to have them as ‘my go to’ people and to recommend to others. They are swift, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. If I could give 20/10 I would.

  Excellent professional service by Magna Blueflame

  Great service provided from Magna Blueflame who supplied and fitted a new internal stopcock along with extra copper pipework and fittings, new cold WM valve and capped off old valves. The job was carried out efficiently, on time, with great attention to detail and excellent professional finish. The plumber was friendly, reliable, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Magna Blueflame to anyone looking for reliable and quality plumbing services.

  Gary & his team were very professional from start to finish. The quotation for the installation of a new boiler arrived the same day as the site visit. He arrived on time, on the date agreed. He and his team are very clean and tidy workers who make sure the customer is happy with everything they do. Nothing is too much trouble and made sure we knew how the new boiler worked before leaving. We will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend to everyone.

  Toilet flush issue

  Excellent service from Gary again. Our toilet wouldn't flush properly, so he came and had a look. He saw the issue and replaced the parts needed. Everything done in a friendly, professional and clean way as usual. We have used this company on various occasions and are always very pleased with everything done. Excellent office communication from Della too
