Very glad we chose Dan and his team for our new extension . Very clear and reasonably priced quote. Job completed within the time frame given and to a very high standard . Dan and the team were fantastic throughout, honest and upfront about cost and timelines, really helped me budget for the period in which my student property is empty during summer. The work was completed to a level above what I was expecting and has led to my property being rent quicker and at a much higher rent already.

Dan and his team were great. He was very polite and explained all costs and how each stage of the job would progress. He was even able to sort the electrical installation (the guys he got in were fab and very professional), so the whole job ran very smoothly with minimal disruption. Payments were at agreed stages and Dan was happy to help with any queries I had. All in all a very positive experience for us, and would definitely recommend him for future projects.

Dan and his team were excellent throughout the whole job. Their experience in all aspects of building along with their knowledge of building regulations and suggestions made my life easy. His attention to detail was perfect. I am very pleased I chose to have the workundertaken by maggs renovations.

We are just beginning to enjoy our new kitchen which completely fulfils our design brief. This would not have been possible however without the superbly executed reconstruction of a decrepit kitchen and separate dining room into a single amazing new space by Dan and Rich. Between them they had all the skills necessary to complete the job and even worked weekends in order to keep to the schedule. A constant supply of coffee (one black and one white) was necessary but we were happy to provide it.
