Mag2 built for us a new wood foundation cladded garden room. This included electricity and cold water services using separate trenches and ducts. Lovely tri-fold doors and large garden roof-light. Small kitchen also included. Mag2 also prepared the ground and replaced a very old wall with a steel reinforced block rendered.

Graham came to deal with water ingress above our first-floor bay window, including redecorating the internal affected area. He quickly ascertained what he considered was the cause, and how he intended to remedy the problem, with shared photographs. He worked quickly and was cheerful polite and easy to have around. We were very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to employ him again. His price was competitive. He also suggested, without our asking, that if there were any difficulties in the coming months, he would return to make good.

MAG2 complete some work for a neighbour, after reviewing the quality and workmanship we engaged with them to complete the renovation of my son’s room. We removed a small window - inserted a new lintel and fitted a larger opening window (OnTime Windows). Following this we erected stud partitions and increased the level of insulation to the perimeter walls and cut the apron out of a further window to convert to a door. The works were completed on time and to budget - I am looking forward to using them again to complete further projects at home and would happily recommend
