    EICR test

    Very disappointing experience. I was asked to pay before receiving any report. When the report was finally sent, it appeared incomplete, missing basic details such as the property address and lacking any clear conclusions or recommendations. The inspection itself was very brief, which raises concerns about its validity. I also raised a complaint through Checkatrade, but the tradesperson did not respond at all. I would not recommend.

    Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service provided. I would like to clarify that I did respond to the complaint through the Checkatrade process and fully cooperated with their investigation. That matter has now been concluded and closed by Checkatrade. The EICR outcome issued reflected my professional findings at the time of inspection. As with any safety inspection, the report result is based on the condition of the installation as found on the day. I appreciate that you may disagree with the outcome, but I always aim to act professionally.

    New boiler installation plus radiator flush

    Firstly they gave me excellent advice on which boiler and size to have. British Gas tried to screw me over with high prices and a cheap boiler. I’m glad I bumped into M&A. they gave me honest answers to all my questions. They have over 30 years experience which is a great bonus too.

    Boiler servicing

    Boiler servicing was acceptable. But during the servicing there was damage done to my kitchen wall tile directly underneath the boiler and I now have to pay a tiler to come and replace it. Disappointed that this happened.

    Kitchen electrics

    Cannot recommend them more. Came for an emergency issue whereby power for the whole kitchen had dropped including for our boiler. Came over to south west London and managed to sort multiple issues we had in sockets, circuit breaker and wiring and able to restore power. Polite, honest and helpful.
