The shutters were expertly measured and fitted beautifully with no gaps. The end result is exactly as I’d hoped it would be. The shutters look just as good inside and outside. They help to absorb noise and greatly enhance the kerb appeal. I would not hesitate to recommend Made 2 Measure for an excellent job overall.

What they did do, was fix all the mistakes made and now the rail is up and works. However, the experience of reaching this point was not good. Much of the issues were caused by poor product knowledge and although they charge for a fitment service, it wan't done correctly. The combination of the two issues caused a 3 week project to take 3 months. What I cannot forgive is their behaviour. The owner of the business shouted at me, questioned my integrity and is extremely rude. Not a customer experience I can recommend.

We have been using M2M for years as they have an excellent range of fabrics and you get a very personal service.

David arrived on time, was very competitively priced and did a great job. The curtain track was repaired at a fraction of the price it would have cost to be replaced. Highly recommend M2M. Thank you!
