10 Drain/bathroom issue

Tommy was so kind as to call me to talk about my issue and guide me as to how to fix it as it turns out it is unlikely to be a drain problem. He spent 30 mins on the phone with me chatting it through and showed such care and kindness I’m so grateful, I now know the likely cause of the issue and what to do next. Tommy was really prompt contacting us after we needed some work doing. He explained as much as we needed to know about drains and pipes over the phone so we could make an informed decision on whether we needed his services. I have been in this industry for over twenty years. A Madden Drainage is run by myself.
I specialize in CCTV surveys for Homebuyers and also undertaking surveys for rat detection in drains, drain unblocking and repairs to collapsed drains.
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I am DBS checked and fully insured. I am a member of National Association of Drainage Contractors (NADC)
