Communication was great, very helpful during a stressful removal and installation. Bathroom looks quality now

The quality of the work in fitting my bathroom and cloakroom is excellent. Very pleased with them both. Michael also re-tiled my kitchen walls, added new worktops and flooring all of which looks great. Michael found a water leak under my kitchen floor. He immediately helped to sort this by repairing the pipework, fixing the floor area and also repaired the damaged cupboard made from the leak. Michael does have an excellent eye for detail; he is very meticulous in his work and ensured that all of the jobs were done to an excellent standard.

We undertook a complete refurbishment of an old bathroom. From the very first interaction, Michael showed that he knows his business very well. He wasn't the cheapest option, but we trusted him, and that was the right decision. He enjoys what he does and is fully committed to delivering excellent results. He did a great job.

Michael's done a bathroom for me before - when I moved, I asked him to do the one at my new place. He's got a real eye for aesthetics, so you end up with a classy finish. He doesn't just plonk replacements in the same as they were before if it's not right for the space - he'll think about details like the spacing between the towel radiator and the window. My new bathroom is so much better than what was there before, but I wouldn't expect anything less.
