  Replace insulation and bedroom ceiling

  Didn't turn up on arranged date to complete the work, unfortunately I had paid upfront for insulation. Insulation was delivered but did not cost the money transferred, no contact to say he wouldn't be on the date arranged, when I contacted him I was advised y someone else that he was Ill, I sent further texts no reply, as I had been told he was Ill I left it 10 days I then contacted him on Checkatrade cha, no reply but he blocked my messages, would not advised anyone to use him, previous reviews state his workmanship is outstanding, I however found him to be untrustworthy

  The reason I did not turn up was due to being unwell in which the customer was advised. The customer was offered the assistance of a professional colleague to which she rejected and insisted that I complete the works. Materials delivered and £10 change

  New ceiling and coving

  Mark was brilliant from start to finish! Very prompt and professional. Down to earth and easy to get in with. He knows his stuff so I let him crack in with it. He was so good I’ve booked him for another job! Highly recommend.

  Renew and replace plasterboard to walls behind new radiators, finish and made ready for decorating.

  Mark arrived on time, he worked diligently and kept me informed throughout. An excellent job done and he is courteous and cleaned up well afterwards. I believe him to be reliable and reasonably priced, will be using him again in the future.
