John Macleod is a very professional, efficient window cleaner. He is very amiable. Always arrives on time, but if for some reason he is running late, he will contact me to let me know. I live on a private estate consisting of 14 apartments. John takes his time to ensure all windows are cleaned thoroughly. Welcome to Macleod Property Maintenance, I am John Macleod, and this is my exterior cleaning business. In March 2020 I decided to start my own cleaning business after being made redundant from my job, we have built up an ever growing client base in that time we are proud of a ranging list from letting agents to private homeowners and renters we cover everyone's need, We carry out window cleaning, Gutter clearing, and Jet washing services in Northwest, West London & South West London we have a full list of postcodes below that we cover for all our services

Our Services
Window cleaning - Using a pure water telescopic brush with hot water 100% purified water giving a better clean (No need for ladders), Our pure water as finely filtered at zero ppm so this will not leave any marks on your windows and can be left to dry naturally
Conservatory cleaning - Using a telescopic wash brush with a special conservatory cleaning fluid and a pressure wash for the stubborn dirt
Handy Man Services - All types of jobs undertaken
Gutter Clearing - Using a Gutter Vacuum cleaning gutters from the ground up to 3 floors, we use a HD camera on the end of the telescopic vacuum this ensure the gutter is completely clean.
Oven Cleaning & Repairs - We carry out fume free cleaning all our products are non-caustic and save around kids and pets.
Pressure Washing - Using our powerful Honda jet wash we can give your drive/patio/walls or car parks a deep clean, if needed we can apply chemicals to aid cleaning bringing up the areas like new, some of our jobs can be seen in our picture gallery, if you have any questions about our jet washing, please do ask.
