Luke was communicative, arrived promptly, undertook the job in hand efficiently and timely manner, was respectful and considerate of my property, explained his findings and advisory notifications, provided completed certificates as required, and charged a very competitive reasonable rate (in comparison to other quotes) - and thanked me for the job too!

Luke was absolutely brilliant! He came out quickly to have a look then promptly figured out what the problem was, ordered the parts to collect and replaced and fixed the issue the same day.
