  Boiler flue replacement and service

  Arranged to come and view the boiler soon after I contacted them, gave as detailed a description of the work needed as was possible and were available to do the work soon after I accepted the quote. On the day they turned up on time, got to work and were done in much less time than I expected, and all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.

  Radiators and outside tap

  I cannot praise this company enough. Radiators changed throughout the house. Outside tap fitted. Everyone in this company is extremely professional. Rachael kept me updated constantly. Michael was brilliant changing radiators and cleaning up. Prices are fair. I struggled for ages to find a plumbing company happy to do work, I’ve now got Mackie heating safely saved in my contacts. Will not hesitate to use them again

  Faults with previous boiler

  I contacted this company when my elderly mother's boiler broke. Responded to my email quickly, and Ian came round straight away. He worked tirelessly to identify the fault and involved the old boiler engineers via warranty, but none matched the professionalism and service of this team. In the end, Mackie’s engineers installed a new boiler, and the whole process was handled with care, clear communication, and genuine dedication. In a trade that can feel sometimes full of unqualified, these are the good guys—honest, skilled, and trustworthy. I can’t recommend Ian and the team enough!
