  My hot water was not operating properly and the boiler required an annual service. Rachael booked me an appointment via Checkatrade, then Ian & Brett (Service Engineers) were not only polite but described the work they were doing and issued a certificate and invoice within a reasonable time and at reasonable cost. Pleased to say I will be a return customer.

  Most honest and reliable company

  I met Ian while renting in Saltaire from 2018 until 2025. He has always been nothing but honest, professional, reliable, and his work has been pristine. I have now moved out of Bradford and they have been able to work with me despite the distance. Everyone in his company is 100% the best.

  Great service would recommend. Very organised and professional company and I was kept in the loop the whole time. The engineer was a really nice and respectful lad who clearly wanted to do the job properly. Would recommend.
