  Michael was professional and knowledgeable yet friendly. He explained what he was doing and why along the way. He went above and beyond by checking for leaks behind the chimney and up into the loft, fixing the couple of cracks he found. He was neat and tidy, and vacuumed up after the work was finished. Highly recommended.
