  The wonderful Michael arrived early which was excellent, always smiling, it’s like greeting an old friend. explained what the problem was and changed the part with minimum fuss. Bathroom was tidier when he left than when he arrived

  Cracking service from start to finish. Rachel was quick to respond and the next day service from Ian was great. Very friendly, will defiantly be using again for the service and cont work

  Incredible Bathroom Renovation

  Mackie have been brilliant from the start. We had a leak that wiped out our entire bathroom. Ian and the team attended to assess the situation and instantly put us at ease. They explained what had happened and that we couldn’t have prevented it due to materials used in the original build. They then provided guidance and support as we discussed what was possible with the space and budget we had for the renovation. The team that came to our home were respectful of our space and the communal areas in our building. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

  Corrected Domestic Hot Water fault & carried out full Gas Boiler Service (with certificate)

  My hot water was not operating properly and the boiler required an annual service. Rachael booked me an appointment via Checkatrade, then Ian & Brett (Service Engineers) were not only polite but described the work they were doing and issued a certificate and invoice within a reasonable time and at reasonable cost. Pleased to say I will be a return customer.
