Excellent service from Mac. Answered initial message promptly and didn't have to wait long for him to do the jobs. He sorted out a loose curtain pole, replaced a pop-up waste in my downstairs wash basin, replaced two cartridges in my kitchen mixer tap and sorted out my heated towel rail. NOTES: 1) All Consumers are required to send an email with the Job Request (full list of jobs), Postcode and a Mobile phone to be able to send a Quote. Depending on the job, photographs may be requested, or a visit may be necessary at my discretion. There is no charge for visits or Quotations. Once Service is confirmed full Address by email needs to be provided. 2) Parking is not included in any quotation and needs to be provided in the house drive or paid by the Consumer nearby. 3) Disposal of Rubbish generated in the jobs (packaging, hardware, general rubbish........) is never included in any quotation and is an extra that needs to be requested by the Consumer and quoted accordingly. Failure to comply with any of these may result in non-provision of services (Appointment, Quote or Work).
