David was really accomodating and helpful. My parents are elderly and in the process of leaving the home they have shared for almost 50 years. As part of the house sale, the buyers requested an EICR. David answered the call swiftly and very quickly undertook the survey for my parents. He took his time and explained what he was doing for my parents to understand and was extremely helpful in sharing how things could be improved which was then acted upon. It was a first class service and we couldn't recommed David highly enough.
