Scott responded to my query the same day. He said he would come the following day to see what needed doing and he would phone first with a time, both of which he did. We discussed the job, but it turned out that he found a very simple solution there and then! He wouldn't even let us give him anything for his time as he said it only took 5 minutes. From the initial visit in advance of quote to the final day, Scott was very generous with his time and very thorough with all of the jobs completed. Scott replaced bath/shower, toilet, sink etc, installed new versions (including a digital shower) and flooring / tiling. We are very pleased with the results. Scott was excellent throughout - always bang on time, kept things neat and tidy, completed the job on time and in budget. There were a couple of unseen challenges along the way and he thought through and explained the options and got past them without any fuss.
