Day one preparation all done happy with that, day two painting happy to a point, then was offered a colour not happy with used paint we already had, they left but didn’t gloss windowsill and offered to return the next day, but this was not able because of previous appointments, but my main thing was no paint left to touch up if necessary and after all I paid for it .

Hi Mrs Morgan thank you for your review, the windows sills had been done as you could see the shine on the photos you sent over, it went back yellow as the 3 coats of zinsser and aqua primer hadn’t covered all the nicotine, but it had covered when we left,
I offered to call back out and sort it out but it wasn’t convenient, I offered numerous dates still not good enough
Have some consideration before you write posts like this my team risked there health going in a place like this with that much nicotine
