  Matt has recently installed a media wall with units either side and space for an electric log burner, including electrics. From start to finish Matt was professional, extremely talented and I’ve never had trades people leave the space so clean, thank you! If anyone’s looking for any property services, I’d highly recommend this company. Extremely trustworthy and brings visions to life! Thank you

  Bedroom refurbished

  Matt at MRD Decorating and Property Services did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our tiny box room into a beautiful, functional bedroom. What was once a space that we could hardly use is now one of our favourite rooms in the house! His customer service was excellent from start to finish — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Matt replied quickly to every message and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of his work speaks for itself, and we’re so pleased with the result.   Matt was recommended to me by my daughter his work is fantastic he decorated removed damp re plastered and put my television on the wall (moving plugs also) in my living room. He was reliable and his work was amazing perfect. Thankyou so much

  Decorating & media wall

  I was recommended matt, he first did us our media wall. Was done to perfection, nothing was too much trouble. He then decorated our lounge including all wood work and replaced skirting board. He has since done our kitchen which is absolutely immaculate. We are booking matt for our next rooms too. He is reliable trustworthy immaculate and his work is absolutely top notch. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Family members have also used him since and cannot praise him enough. Thankyou again

  Excellent work. Very efficient and although work didn't take long it is to a very high standard. So clean and tidy. No mess. Shelves removed and returned with ease for me.
