Lee did a fantastic job fitting the new cctv system for our business address. Communication was excellent all the way from the initial visit for the quote, through to installation and the follow up to check the system was operating to our needs. Out of 3 companies we approached for quotes, M5 tuned up promptly and professionally. Suggestions for different systems and set up were all laid out clearly without trying to push us in any particular direction, just to help us find the best one to suit our needs. Attention to detail and professionalism were top notch.

The CCTV Engineer (Lee), arrived promptly & immediately proceeded to investigate, diagnose...& eventually 'cure' the root of the problem...(all whilst giving me a 'Beginners Tutorial' of the problem, from beginning to end!) All in all, I was extremely satisfied, & will definitely be calling on his services in the future!
