We hired Adam to conduct an asbestos survey for a property we are buying, and received the report quickly.

Good liaison with Adam before the job was done - he answered my multiple questions fully and stuck by our arrangements on dates and times etc. Peter and a colleague did the work yesterday. They sheeted up to avoid dust going everywhere and left the place in a really good state of tidyness. Peter called me when done and explained the job to me. The required paperwork was done quickly and it was all fuss free. I cannot praise them enough!

Peter responded to my enquiry super quickly and made time for me the same day. Our neighbours builder had put his foot through our suspected asbestos garage roof and we were worried about contamination spread, so it was a great relief to see him the same day. He gave good advice on the clean up and seemed very experienced qualified. He also advised on some other parts of the work which we would not have picked up on. Overall the service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish M3 Asbestos Limited have been totally professional and a pleasure to deal with. They arrived bang on time and removed all the tiles from our utility room and downstairs toilet in 45 minutes leaving everything neat and tidy afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to work around our freezer and washing machine which meant that we didn't have to ask our neighbours to help us move them the night before. Excellent service despite the coronavirus situation, our insurance company and plumber could learn a lot about customer service from them.
